Two to four weeks after submitting your online application and application fee, you can check the status of your application to make sure all the required application materials have been received.
How to Check Your Application Status
- Click the Check Your Status button from any admissions page.
- Log on to ISIS with your official UF GatorLink username and password. This is not the temporary username and password you created to submit your application to UF.
- If you have not created a GatorLink account , please do so now. You will need the UFID you received when you submitted your application; it is also on your printed application summary. It can take two days to process your account request, so allow for this time before attempting to log back on to ISIS.
- The information you receive will identify the status of your application to UF, what, if any, materials are missing and provide instructions on how to proceed. This is also where you can receive information about your admission decision.
Admissions decisions are available for applicants with complete applications.
An application is not considered complete until all materials have been received. UF may not notify you of missing materials, so it is important for you to check your application status online.
Decisions for freshmen who applied by November 1 will be available in mid-February. Students will be able to view their decision by clicking the Check Your Status button and logging into the system using the GatorLink username and password.
An official, written notification will be mailed to admitted students only. Students not offered admission will be notified through our regular online notification process.
